EA Help Appeal-Banned PS5

I recently received a permanent ban on my EA SPORTS FC 25 account without prior warning or a clear explanation. I have been a dedicated EA player since 2018 and have never had any issues with my account before. I immediately submitted a ban appeal last week, but I have not yet received a response. I am reaching out here because I genuinely want to understand the reasoning behind this decision. To my knowledge, I have not violated EA’s Terms of Service, and I would appreciate any clarification on what led to the ban. I never engaged in cheating, coin selling, win trading, or any violations of EA’s Terms of Service. If there was a mistake or a misunderstanding, I kindly request a thorough review by a senior member of the TOS team. I understand that the TOS team handles these cases, but I would appreciate some clarity on the expected response time for appeals. Could someone from EA or the community share how long it typically takes to receive a decision? I would truly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this situation.
