Ea Play and Loyalty Dicount

Hello EA Support Team,

I have been a loyal player of the FIFA series and now the EA Sports FC games for many years. I have owned every game since FIFA 17, and they are all in my library. This year, I would like to purchase EA Sports FC 24. In previous years, when I owned the previous year's game and had an EA Play subscription, I was entitled to a 20% discount when purchasing the new game (10% for owning the previous game + 10% for having EA Play). However, this year, despite having an EA Play subscription and owning FC 24, I am only seeing two separate 10% discount options, and I am unable to benefit from the full 20% discount.

I kindly request that this issue be resolved and that, as a loyal customer, I am able to receive the discount I am entitled to. You can verify the games I own in my library, starting from FIFA 17.
