Ea play fc25 isn’t connecting to servers when I try to play 10 hour trial

When I open ten hour trail it doesn’t connect me to servers.Tried multiple times today and yesterday still won’t work.My internet is working and I haven’t played a minute so no idea why not working

@EA_Aljo I pre-ordered the standard edition X/S on Xbox with EA play and can’t play the 10 hour trial it says it has expired when I haven’t played any of it, none of the workarounds work.

Hello, I'm on PS5 trying to play EA FC 25 Trial Ultimate Team but it's not working.
I tried to power cycle but it didn't work

@CharlieT105 I have the same issue but on pc. it's just opening the loading screen of fc25 and thats's all... what should i do?

When I try to join ultimate team I get the message “ connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.” Can anyone tell me why this happens?
