EA PLEASE FIX THIS. gameplay is very sluggish and players feel really slow

Ea i have tried everthing, ive bought a new controller ive reseted my xbox and reinstalled the game. Can you please reset my gameplay tuning data or side cache data??

I have already contacted the technical team if you check my cases. can you please fix it as soon as possiblee??
