Launching FC25 never works, showing DXGI_ERROR_NOT_FOUND

This has been an issue ever since I wanted to play and get hours with the game again but it's also since then that the game refuses to boot. I have tried doing everything to fix it including support from the EA Help Team, installing a fresh set of NVIDIA Drivers, reinstalling DirectX, reinstalling the game, restarting my laptop, verifying and opening the game again, watched youtube videos on fixing this problem. Eveything you could name to fix this problem, it never seems to work. Can someone from EA or someone who has an idea what the error I attached to this post and give me a viable solution please?
