My whole "login" is deleted on FC 25 on PC

My game froze while doing an SBC in Ultimate Team and when i started the game again my whole saved file is gone and the only thing there is "Skapa Inställning" which in english would probably translate to "Create setting" i don't know what to do, im panicking! Please help! 

Also when i try to log in on the web app it says that i am already logged in to ultimate team so i can't log in. I have went into the EA app and removed all of the trusted devices, i have changed password, i don't know what to do!
