"EA servers are unavailable right now"

every time i try to connect to EA servers (on Xbox series S), it gives me this error message;"EA servers are unavailable right now". i have gone through and tried every single one of the troubleshooting steps through the EA help website along with the xbox connectivity troubleshooting steps, but no luck. I am sure it is not an internet issue as i have no problem connecting to any other games/services on my xbox, laptop or any other devices. only EAFC25. i contacted an advisor from EA yet there was no help. Only told to check the troubleshooting steps which i had already done and told them i had done. and then after told that my complaint would be taken as feedback, thus not resolving the issue. please help guys.

Hi there, @little_ryans

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have this same problem since a few days. Nothing is Working for it. And noone is talking about it

I have been getting this error since yesterday. I have tried every possible solution I could find in different forums and online, but still no luck. How can I solve this?

I have tried unplugging both my Xbox Series s, and my router. But i still says the servers are unavailable? How do i fix this..

Glad to hear it! It just resets the connection and makes sure the game is restarted. That should always be the first thing you try when anything odd like this happens. Please reach out again if you have any other issues. Good luck and have fun 🙂
