ea servers are unavailable, try again later

I have this message in game when I want to connect to the servers. I tryed every possible fix i could find and nothing help.  I tryed eahelp and they didnt help me and told me to write a topic here. I also payed for ea play pro and I cannot play so is there any compensation or refund ? thanks for help
