Ea Servers not available

Hello

issue that happened to me and still until now , about connecting to the internet, all games that I have it’s okay but FC25 no even if it works I can’t access more than 3 minutes before crashing again, this issue happened after the system down for PlayStation/ I don’t know what happened but I try to fix this problem with all youtube videos but still nothing happened

As a test, can you try changing your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if that lets you connect.

That means the issue is with your ISP or home network equipment since you can connect using a different connection. Please contact your ISP to see if they can help with this.

You also may want to try using alternate DNS settings. Those instructions can be found here.

Tried this, was able to play 2 games before getting disconnected again

If you can connect on a mobile hotspot, but not on your normal connection, it means there is an issue either with your home network equipment or your ISP. You'll need to contact your ISP to see if they can help with that.

Did you manage to find a solution to this? I'm currently in the same position, finding it extremely frustrating. WiFi/LAN works for any other game or YouTube, but not for FC25

Still no , I can play just by mobile hotspot, others games and applications in my ps5 I can connect on Wifi

Hi having the same issue for pc fc26. Unfortunately i dont have a wifi option so unable to connect to hotspot. Helpp

Unfortunately, without testing that, we can't narrow down the issue to being your connection or our servers. I recommend you try the connection troubleshooting steps here and contact your ISP for help if those don't make a difference.
