Very often, players encounter this issue if their account is registered in a location that is different from the region of the game version. Is it possible that you purchased the game for a different location or that your account is registered in a different region?

@EA_Pulsar Nope, also never had this Kick Off issue with every last entry of the game I have purchased previously.

Also not sure how or why that would take away the option in the game to link your gamertag to a Kickoff Profile.... You asked us to know what regions this is affecting and it seems to be worldwide.

With their being lots of Reddit posts and forums being made about this issue, it seems to be a rather big issue that is not being addressed appropriately or promptly without a substantial update.
