EA stole my money

I bought the game, unable to past the splash screen and I requested a refund.

EA said the refund request is "in process", few days later they automatically marked it as "failed payment method" even though I literally bought the game with the same method and haven't change anything, and they closed the case on their own. Not even a single email to remind me that the refund request had problems.

Now I have no game in my library, no refund, nothing. EA simply chose to ignore completely and just steal my money.

I can't even find a way to contact help from this company, that's why I have to create this post in my desperation.

I'm from a 3rd world country, the game amount is little for your company but it was days of meals for me. Why are you stealing money from poor people EA?

    EA you need to do better. Period. Get someone to actually help people who buy this game cuz they love soccer.

    I've done whatever your company asked me to do on that link hours before I created this thread.

    Your company is just trash brother, you literally threw people under the bus right after you've done taking money from them.

    This is worse than being scam, you're not even scamming, straight up broad day light thiefs.

    Answer me this brother:

    When I put in my credit cards information to purchase from you, nothing is wrong or failed, there was no errors or anything. And then the moment I request a refund, there is something wrong with my payment method.

    Tell me brother does that sounds legit to you?

    Best the "Community Manager" can do is sent me a link anyone can find on google. Wow, such great customer supports.
