Community ManagerHey FortniteGamer397 usually deleting the existing settings file resolves similar issues.
Try making a copy and deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way.
You may also need to delete the Personal Settings 1 profile when you launch the game.
