I am literally having the same problem. EA hasn't responded because they don't have a clue about their game. I have tried everything: clean boot, run as administrator, delete and redownload the game and the EA app, reinstall windows, delete my squad in the companion app and nothing has worked. I am sick of it, the game used to work perfectly and about a week ago the game started to crash
