Eafc 25 ultimate team black screens and crashes

Everytime I try load up fc25 ultimate team it just black screens and crashes I want some help how to load it up or I would like a refund im upset about this as I paid 100 for a game that isn’t work...

create a new squad in the web app and delete the old one then load the game
