Eafc 25

Hello i used to play with my ping between 30-40 ms but since today it changed to 80. I contacted my internet provider and they told me that on their end everything was good that it was the game servers fault.

Is that just a lazy excuse from the internet provider to put the problem on ea or did something really change on Ea server side in south America ?
