EAFC25 not showing up in EA App

Hello.

I bought EAFC25 Standard Edition and it is not showing up in Your app. When I am trying to open it from the shortcut it sends me back to the app and tells me to buy the game again.

I have tried deleting cache from EA App and Windows, but it did not help at all and still I can not get into the game. I wonder how to fix this.
