There was an error retrieving the authentication token from the server. Give it a few minutes before trying again.

I recently purchased need for speed unbound and my cousin was using my laptop a day back and it may happen he has deleted few files I am not sure but now when ever I try to open the game this error pops up
I also have the same problem on pc after i renewed my game pass
