Error on fc25 ultimate team
Been having problems trying to access fc25 ultimate team for about a month now but still not working. Tried everything but still not worked & there’s no way of getting in touch of EA!!, anyone help?

Try these troubleshooting steps, thanks.
- Make sure your system software and the game/app are updated.
- If the error occurs after starting the game/app, delete the game/app from Settings > Storage, and reinstall it.
- Start your PS5 console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.
My cosmetic evo Mo Salah is causing CE-108255 game crash. Yes, I found out this specific player is causing the issue. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps from this forum. Yes, creating new squad in companion app works UNTIL I have put my cosmetic evo Mo Salah back into the squad. What should I do? Discard the card? Any solution ?

It’s been 3 days I am posting and EA is not answering

I am having the same issue.
And yes, I have tried -updating everything.
-Re-intalling the app for about 20 times in 4 days
-Rebuilding database
Nothing seems to work....what should I do?
