Error then disconnect me from the game

Iv literally went in game saw the guys team and the error screens pops out and close my game.any idea if Ea can refund me my games? Im a rank 1-2 player and this really cost me one week happened twic...

    Hi bro i fixed it I deleted the game and downloaded it back and I can finally play champs but the lost is still there so one week of 11wins ig

the same thing has just happened to me, two games in a row and I’m usually rank 2-3 so long day… i really wanna know if we could please have our games back community managers! please!!! 🥲
