Evo players play styles downgraded automatically

I have Melche Dumornay and Jota for EVO.  Dumornay gained max Trivela in the physical playstyle, while Jota gained max in Whipped pass in the  passing playstyle. Currently both are downgraded to silver. Why does this happen..? Is it a bug and how do I get it fixed?
