F25 Ban

Hello everyone!I've been banned from the FC 25,due to violations/rules break...they didn't specify and I can't use the marketplace for a week now.I submitted an appeal,because for the 5 months I play the game,I didn't break any rule.Im the only user of the account,both ps network and EA and my transactions are from the marketplace of the game,no third party sites.The strange is that the platform they suppose i use is PC,I do not own a pc or laptop...i have only PS5.I dont have any news from my appeal,I have give a lot of money to buy packs and build the squad I have know,but they dont respect it at all.Is there any other way i could communicate with EA?They didn't t even reply to my apeal.

    Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. It can take our terms of service team a few days to get back to you if you've reached out. If you check the status of your case under My Cases, what does it say?

    It's says pending,they haven't even check my case...they don't care I suppose.When i pay for season pass,and buying packs with the official way,I'm a good player.

    Again, it can take a few days for them to get back to you. Just be careful not to resume the case as that will pull it out of the queue, and it'll take longer for them to respond.
