Unfortunately, we won't be able to confirm the remaining wait time. 

Also, if there is a high number of similar requests at the time, there can be a backlog, which means that it may take longer than expected for the team to get back to you, but they will once the investigation is completed.

    i got the exact same thing. got banned for apparent "cheating" which i never did and it has now been 9 days and still no response. i will be contacting my bank and asking for my money back. absolutely disgusting.
