FC 25 Ban

Question

I recently got banned about three weeks ago out of nowhere and I’m still confused as to why i got accused of cheating. I have never cheated on this game and I do spend a lot of money on this game so there’s no reason for me to cheat. I appealed the ban and only email email i’ve gotten was saying that they received my email and they would look

further into to it. it’s been about two weeks since they sent that email and to be honest I just want to play the game I did not thing wrong, I might have gotten hacked or something bc i wasn’t playing the game when the ban was lifted.
