FC 25. Cant move players in online matches and game lags in Squad Battles.

My game had been working great until about six days ago when I suddenly couldn't move my players in online matches. When I could move them, they'd move for about five seconds before running continuously in one direction without stopping. I can't complete objectives or evolutions that need to be done in online matches because of this issue, and I’m not sure what else to try. I've set all the game settings to the lowest quality and disabled everything in the Nvidia Control Panel, but nothing has helped. I’ve seen that other people have had similar problems in FC 24, but nobody had solutions for it.
