FC 25 Crashes when connecting with EA

So, when i start FIFA and play offline... everything is fine. BUT as soon as i connect to ea and i see the message "retrieving data from server" my game just freezes/closes without a message.
I can even play offline with bots and all that.... just cant connect to online

a few days ago i had a similar problem --> i started fifa as Fullscreen --> crash(same text as mentioned above) , i started it again but in windowed mode -->worked immediatly (no crash)

what have i done:

downgraded driver version
updated driver 
uninstalled fifa
start ea/fifa as admin, disable fullscreen.....(forgot the name), windows 8 mode (forgot the name 2)
updated windows
added eafc to the windows firewall
uninstalled things like riot anticheat and turned windows defender off
closed all background apps
so basically all the stuff in the "fix ea fc 25 from crashing" stuff^^ 

what can i do....


specs:
rtx 4070ti
ryzen 7 8700x3d
32gb 6000mhz ddr5

    **UPDATE**

    i gave my friend my account, he started ---> also crashed with my account
    he gave me his account --> not crashed AHAHAHAH

    please...

    Same problem here, I'm tired of following a bunch of tutorials, reinstalling the game, but nothing happens. It continues the error!

    Please help us!

    hey, i fixed it now. 3 f-ing hours took me this.
    the last three things ive done was:

    1.go into ur web app and go to team --> manage squads ---> and make a new squad --> use squad bilder to randomly fill
    2. go to windows defender --> Virus / Threat protection --> manage settings -->scroll down --> add exclusion and click on folder --> add ur fifa folder location
    3. completely reset ur connection

    hope it works for u <3

    @SiFOX-x9 A close friend of mine had the same issue on Xbox. After trying absolutely everything.... I was able to help him resolve it by changing a new setting introduced in EA FC 25 called Graphics Mode. It has the options, Enhanced Visuals (default) and Favour Resolution.

    Fix:
    a. Either change your existing monitor (try another TV/monitor if you have) or swap around the display cables.

    If you don't have this leisure...

    b.
    i) You'll need a friend to sign in to your account on their working setup of EA FC 25
    ii) When the game loads... Settings (top left) > Settings > Game Settings > Graphics Mode > Favour Resolution
    iii) Go back to the main menu to save changes.
    iiii) Log back into your account, and the game will no longer crash.

    I believe this may be the solution for those on PC also.

    OMG, I FOUND THE SOLUTION. 

    JUST CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR YOUR ACCOUNT 

    JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE I ALSO CHANGED MY NAME ID
