Fc 25 crashing on half time or during the game on career mode

why doesn't an authorized person care the problems about games on this site? we've paid this game to play and we can't play those games normally.  it is like a joke but unfortunetaly is not. Since the game released, all the times there are so many problems and no one gives an attention.
