@EA_Darko Can you refer me to a real customer support please?
I can't play the game i purchased and i've not be able to play it for one month now. It's not acceptable, PLEASE put yourself in my shoes. That's not acceptable.
What should I do?

@EA_Darko @EA_Pulsar if it can help, i could play the game until a month ago. Then something happened and it was over.
I even formatted my pc. I'm up to date with every driver and every windows update.
PLEASE at least hear us! Aknowledge the problem, do something beyond telling us "have you tried using the performing gpu?"
Please, please, please. I HATE WASTING MONEY for c's sake
