FC 25 Draft Disconnect

I got disconnected from a FC 25 draft game and it says 0-0 but I lost my draft. I requested a draft replacement from EA and it says I don't qualify but I didn't lose connection. The opponent disconnected and I got punished? Fix your game EA.

Hey, FC fans.

We understand getting disconnected from a match is not fun nor always easy to accept, especially when you're ahead in the match. We'll share these reports to the team so they are aware of them, however we do recommend these following steps to try and receive a token and also help prevent further disconnections from matches. The Draft Token Request option is not always guaranteed.

We have connection troubleshooting steps provided on this help article. We also encourage you to power cycle your consoles and if on PC, check all Windows Updates are completed.

lost like 6 drafts and lost most of my fifa points because of this cheat or glitch

So ive just played an online draft match and won on pens to make it to the last round when i disconnected after the match for no reason. Internet's fine, PC is fine, but it kicks me out and i have to claim 2 win rewards and can't play the last game. The game is full of bugs this year, its almost impossible to believe. I've requested for a draft token, but this still doesn't change the fact.
EA fix your game.

Please can u give back my 15k coins or draft ticket, ı didnt even play that match, game kick me out and I cant play just say ı look like lose and ı cant take back draft token what u linked please can u give back my coins

I had this problem 3 times today and i only got 1 refund!!!!! and now i just lost 900 fc points :-)

@andreasminimessi Robbed by EA....They got your Money already. Thats Criminal what EA is doing over years now... A lot of Money are gone, because of the Hackers.

we can not play any draft on PC. Everyone uses the hack to disconnect the opponent in FUT DRAFT.
I got DC 2 times in the first match and this mode is so dead cuz of cheaters. I lost 30k coins. and the auto Draft token support does not help at all...

I literally got kicked out of a SINGLE PLAYER DRAFT and I didn’t lag out because I was in a party at the same time talking to my friend and out of no where it kicks me out saying I was disconnected the ea services, if that was the case then shouldn’t it kick me out my party as well, well it didn’t so I deserve my money right give me back my money
