FC 25 keyboard arrow keys recording problem

Hello, I have a problem like this. Although I have saved the recordings on the keyboard, the arrow keys never work. In the keyboard settings, instead of the arrow keys, for example, jkl always directs with the spacebar. And when entering the keyboard key settings, instead of the special a, b, c, there is an "unDefinition" formation. I saved and exited completely, but the problem is still the same. I deleted the game and the profile with the game saved, and reset all the information, but the result is still the same. The keyboard keys do not work in online games and/or tournament mode. Is there a solution to this, can you help?
