FC 25 Keyboard Only in Kick Off mode

I set my control settings to Keyboard Only and adjusted the buttons to my liking.

However, in Kick Off mode I do not have the option to choose Keyboard Only.

It is always defaulting to Keyboard + Mouse regardless of my settings.

How do I fix that?
