FC 25 loyalty edition, £17.99 has disappeared and won't download!! HELP!

Hi,

So the other day I purchased a loyalty edition for 17.99. Upon downloading it started up a 10 hour trial for FC25. Once that trial ended I have no access to FC25 although I purchased the full game. when I go to redownload the loyalty version doesn't exist and it's asking me to purchase the game. 

I've tried uninstalling it but now I cannot Reinstall, the weirdest thing is 17.99 is leaving my bank account but it's not listed on my recent purchases on the EA website.
