FC 25 ps5 screen language

So I just bought the game today, and I put the disc in my ps5 console and started the game. The game screen language is in English and I want to change it to Chinese. I’ve googled and I went hover over the game settings icon and push with my right joystick to see the game language, but for some reason when I select and wanting to change the language, it only show up English as the only language and there isn’t that two little arrow indicating to switch to another language. I googled everything and saw all help video and none of them matched my issue. I saw someone have the same issue on the forum but no one replied to that discussion. Please help. Also I can’t access the live chat and get help.
