The same issue here nothing i mean nothing helps :D
I tried running EA FC25 today but the game could not start and after the Preparing Game window closed the game did not load. At first i restarted my apps - didn't help, restarted my pc - didn't help, updated my drivers - didn't help, verified game files via steam - didn't help, uninstaled eafc25 anticheat - didnt help HOWEVER it didnt prompt me to download it once i tried running the game again which it aperenlty should but i instaled it manually - didnt help, deleted cache files from ea fc25 - didn't help, reinstalled the game and later ea app - did not help.

the guy from support told me they never seen this issue but they are now working on fixing it and will let us now here on the forums :)
