Fc hub currently is not available on my ps5 but working on the app

hello. The season pass service is currently unavailable to me in the fc 25 ultimate team game for 5 days now, and i am not be able to receive progress in purchasing a season pass for ps5, ultimate edition console.Any idea how to resolve this
