Subject: FC Hub is Locked in Companion and Web App

Hello,

I am having an issue with my account. I have played several matches in Ultimate Team on my PC and everything works fine on the console. However, when I log into the FC 25 Companion App or the Web App, the FC Hub is locked and I cannot access it.

I am using the same EA account across all platforms, and I have already tried logging out, reinstalling the app, and clearing cache – but the problem still persists.

Could you please check my account and help unlock FC Hub access in the Companion and Web App?
