Fc pass upgrade

I recently purchased the season pass upgrade as a level 21 and I claimed the 10,000 season points now I can claim the regular rewards from 21-31 however the reward upgrade is not available and when I gone on it says -9,200 needed through to -1,200 needed and I would like to know if this has happened and if it can be fixed or not.thankyou
