If you still can’t find your missing FC Points after 24 hours, we’re going to need some information from you to help investigate. We’ll need:
- your proof of purchase
- your persona name (EA ID, PlayStation™Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag) where you’re missing your EAS FC Points
- your console or platform (PlayStation®, the EA app, Steam, Xbox, Nintendo Switch™)
- the time, date, and time zone you bought the FC Points
- the number of FC Points you’re missing
- if you bought a code for FC Points, send us the code
- any other details about your issue.
