have the same issue and ea wanted me to mail some info but they never reply again did you solve anything?

Same thing happened to me guys, just made a thread.  You get caught in a chat with an unhelpful bot who wastes your time if you contact support.  This should be absolutely illegal.  They are willfully not giving us something we paid for

Could you be a little more responsible? Users are spending their money on buying something in your game, and you're taking responsibility for it. Just fix it. I'm waiting for my 1,600 points, and they haven't arrived. It's been 4 days. Give me my money back, otherwise I'll get the points.
