Hey bedomedo2021​ First, ensure you double-check your gift card to see whether it has FC 25 or FC 24 points. Log out of your account and then sign back in to help synchronize it.  If you have multiple profiles on your console, be sure to check those as well.

Also, i logged in using my PSN account so that i can find the points on my PSN account after redeeming the gift card on EA , a message appeared saying successfuly redeemed but no points on EA neither PSN

Can you please confirm the order status on the Services List in your console? When you go to:  Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Services List > FC25 to find your order there. 

I checked it but nothing. I linked EA account to PS5 account, then redeemed the gift card on EA account. I also checked the transaction history on EA account but nothing even it said it wad successfully redeemed
