Why does my FC 25 SHOWCASE that my EA Account is restricted and cannot use any online features? I didn't do anything, and all of a sudden, that's it

problem with connecting to the server I tried everything but it didn't work.
I heard that FC 25 showcase play is possible today, so I downloaded it and executed it. However, it cannot be executed with the attached screen. I don't even have a history of my account being Ban.
I ran it on PC Platform. Is the showcase not working normally?

I think EA have to check this issue.
I can access the server with FC24 and there are no problems. Only FC25 Showcase have a connecting problem.
Even though I'm thinking about buying FC25, I'm hesitating in case I get this problem.

I turn on ea fc 25 showcase downloaded from steam and logged in to ea then i go to ea fc and it says unable to connect ea fc 25 and i can't enter the lobby in any way
