It is a random file electurzz in that you found it on YouTube and downloaded.
The contents of the install could be anything.

PC, on Steam. I deleted the game and i redownloaded the game, i tried verify games files, delete update file. I think the problem is Cloud saves, when i delete the uptade file and open the game, game crashes everytime. Can i delete my cloud saves? I couldnt find it on EA app.

If the save has been corrupted then it may be the case that you need to start a new FC game

There is no problem for install files (mods, transfer uptades), the problem is EA Cloud saves. Can i delete my Cloud saves?
