There is no problem for install files (mods, transfer uptades), the problem is EA Cloud saves. Can i delete my Cloud saves?
I dont understand what you want to say about start a new FC game?
Community ManagerWhat I am saying electurzz is that if your cloud saves are corrupt due to you installing a random file then it is likely that your existing game save is corrupted and it may not be possible to get it back.
Depending on what you have installed you may have lost all progress.
Without knowing what you installed it is hard for us to suggest anything more than basic troubleshooting.

I didnt install RANDOM file. Only the numbers in the file are different, and when I entered the game, the 'load the squad file' option appeared. So its an option thats in the in-game settings.
I replaced this file with the original one located at AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25\settings and i loaded the squad with 'load the squad file' option in the game. ITS ALL ABOUT EA CLOUD FILES. How can i delete my EA Cloud files?
