No, still no solution. Anyone else? The EA support doesn’t help either, just a “thanks for your request” and a follow-up survey on how good their customer support is “. Spoiler alert: it is no good at all! And why follow up an unresolved issue you haven’t offered ANY help or advice for!
I’m not sure what the resolution is but my son’s one has come back online and he can play it again now. I didn’t get any support from anyone at EA.
