FC25 GHOSTING PROBLEM

I'm using the Steam Standard version of FC 25, and as seen in the image, I'm experiencing very noticeable ghosting and tearing issues. I have V-Sync enabled and my graphics settings are set to maximum, but I'm still experiencing ghosting issues even on low settings. I can't say I've experienced this much trouble with other games.
