FC25 IS CONNECTED TO EA SERVERS. IF I OPEN IT, IT CRASHES AS IF I TAKE ALT+F4

As I wrote at the beginning, if I open FC25 connected to ea servers, it crashes within 2-3 minutes. There is no problem in offline mode. Also, this only happens on my laptop, there is no such problem on my desktop computer. -I tried reinstalling the modem -I tried wired connection -All my drivers are up to date
