Fc25 is laggy

I have this problem for so much time not just me,my friends too.I have lag in cutscenes i have lag in the game when i play on carrer and online.And the strand based hair setting,makes lag for me in cutscenes,when i score a goal and in menus and i have the right pc requierments.
