FC25 Keeps Crashing

I have had the game for 2/3 months now downloaded it but barely played it because it keeps freezing when I pause the match or after scoring a goal and then celebrations are on going. I then have to close the game down, I haven’t moved from Matchday 1 since on my career mode and it is career I mostly play!

I have sent multiple reports in but nothing has been done about it, even cleared the cache and reset the PS5 to factory settings whilst on chat to PS
