FC25 Lagging (PC)

Fc 25 lagging so bad on a system with Co i5 7400, Rx580 (8gb), 10 gb Ram DDR4.

Sometimes it gets stuck on the (FC25) loading page.

I'm using Windows 11 (recently installed).

What can I do please? Whether I'm playing online or offline, its just the same. I even clicked on the 'manager game>repair game' and I repaired it but still no change.
