Fc25 not loading and freezing on ps5

FC25 won’t load and freezes, can’t go to my club to swap players, can’t buy players, can’t open objectives. It just sits on the screen loading, I turn it off and close the app, try again and same thing happens. Can’t even play the game, I’ve had the disc for a week, but it’s been happening since I first got it. Tried everything to fix it.

Happens to me as well absolutely broken. Waste of time and money fort time I've purchased in 3 years and still trash. Never again.

Hey friends just came to say this issue is still occurring. I am posting on my boyfriend’s behalf because he’s absolutely frustrated and done trying to find a solution. I feel awful he plays this game with all of his college friends who live far away now, this is like their hang out time. I’m a sims player and we have very similar issues with our gameplay. Sounds to me that this is an EA issue, they continue to ignore their fans. One day they will chase us all away,

@EA_Pulsar EA never solve the issues! All customers are just numbers for you . How can you explain after I won the match in Fut champions, I press advance to go for next game and I been kicked out from game and lose this game I won , referee whistle the game I won it . And you have no answer , I been kicked out from fut champs because at 6pm uk time the new promotion just released of course players connect to ultimate team for TOTY promotion to open their packs , and I lost the game because of your servers connection not my internet connection. It’s EA fault no my fault . I open a ticket , and nothing , EA just ask me to do troubleshooting, there is no troubleshooting on my side , is on your side . Of course I was stuck out of ultimate team for about an hour , I couldn’t connect to UT I couldn’t open my packs in the time of TOTY release, how do I know the algorithm didn’t give me a TOTY player at that time if I EA allows me to connect in the game! So guys as I say, customers are just numbers for you . EA NEVER SOLVE THE PROBLEMS

How do i fix this issue? My game keeps freezing with the green fut triangle and it happens whenever i go into my club or do an sbc or buy someone. The most annoying part is that i will win a game then it wont let me load out of the game and then i have to end up closing out the game and take a loss for it. I get a worse record in fut champs and i have lost out on multiple objectives. I feel like im wasting my momey playing this game and its becoming not fun to play since i keep having to restart my game every 2 minutes.
