FC25 on PC created new team

I was playing fc25 on ps5 and decided also install it to my pc and logged on ea account with same as ps5 but i have started as new player but on my companion mobile I can see there are 2 accounts one for ps5 the other one for PC, how can i login on my PC to same account?
